2. Independent Broker Services & No Fee Policy

Angela Thompson is an independent insurance broker licensed in good standing. We provide advisory, policy auditing, rate comparison, and application assistance across top-rated third-party insurance carriers.

No Client Fees: As stated on our website, there are no consulting or broker fees billed directly to our clients. Independent broker commissions are paid directly by the insurance carriers upon underwriting policy issuance. The premium you pay is identical whether purchased through Angela Thompson Agency or directly from the carrier.
Complimentary Review: A "Complementary Review" is offered without financial obligation. If your current policy provides the optimal coverage and rate, we will objectively advise you to maintain it.

3. SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Standards)

When you submit a consultation request or appointment form containing your mobile phone number, you may opt-in to SMS text communications.

Purpose: Messaging includes appointment reminders, schedule confirmations, agent follow-ups, and answers to your direct questions.
Opt-In: Opt-in requires your express consent via our website checkbox or direct text inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance.
Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel SMS notifications at any time. Text STOP to terminate messages immediately.
Help (HELP): Text HELP for assistance, or call/email us.
Message & Data Rates: As with standard SMS, standard message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on appointment status.
Privacy: We strictly prohibit sharing or selling SMS opt-in data or mobile records with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Underwriting & Carrier Issuance Disclaimer

Rate calculations, quote ranges, and estimated premiums shown or discussed are subject to individual carrier underwriting approval. While Angela Thompson strives to provide accurate quotes based on initial disclosures, final insurance issuance, premium amounts, ratings, and policy effective dates are solely determined by the chosen insurance carrier.

5. User Obligations and Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes or booking appointments. Submitting fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized third-party information is strictly prohibited and may invalidate quote comparisons or carrier application processes.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

All content, text, graphic layouts, and original branding on this website are the property of Angela Thompson Insurance Agency or used with permission. Partner carrier logos (e.g., Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, Foresters, Athene, etc.) remain the registered trademarks of their respective corporations and are displayed strictly to identify representative products available through independent broker contracts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Angela Thompson Insurance Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or inability to obtain insurance approval from a third-party underwriting company.
